Deed Record Index Data Available: January 03, 1989 - February 03, 2012 Mortgages Record Index Data Available: January 03, 1989 - February 03, 2012 Plats Record Index Data Available: September 4, 1990 - February 02, 2012 This System allows access to land record indexing information by searching on the following fields: grantor and/or grantee name, instrument number, or book and page. Once the search results appear, access is granted to view and print all available images by clicking on the "image" icon next to the indexing search results. If the image has not been digitized and is therefore unavailable, no "image" icon will appear. Financing Statement indexing data is also available. |

Imaging System Only Deed Images dates from December 09, 1988 thru January 27, 2012; Mortgage Image dates from December 16, 1988 thru February 02, 2012 S Plat Image-(Book 78, p.619, Book 79, p.662, and Book 80, p.94);D Plat Image Dates:(Book 1 p.1) 01/01/06 to (Book 216 p. 008) 02/02/12 This System allows retrieval of deed and plat book images by entering the appropriate book and page numbers. Documents may be both viewed and printed from this system. This system is intended to be used to allow a searcher to bypass the indexing search process if book and page information is already known. |

NOTICE TO ALL REQUESTORS OF RECORDS A new State law requires every public body to provide notice to all requestors of records. As a result, the following notice is hereby given: Obtaining or using public records for commercial solicitation directed to any person in this State is prohibited under South Carolina Code Section 30-2-50. In addition, a person or private entity shall not knowingly obtain or use any "personal information" obtained from a public body for commercial solicitation directed to any person in the State. Section 30-2-50(A). "Personal information" is defined as follows: Information that identifies or describes an individual including, but not limited to, an individual's photograph or digitized image, social security number, date of birth, driver's identification number, name, home address, home telephone number, medical or disability information, education level, financial status, bank account(s) number(s), account or identification number issued by and/or used by any federal or state governmental agency or private financial institution, employment history, height, weight, race, other physical details, signature, biometric identifiers, and any credit records or reports. Section 30-2-30(1). PENALTY: A person knowingly violating the provisions of 30-2-50(A) is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars or imprisoned for a term not to exceed one year, or both.
